An experienced serial entrepreneur and chief executive with a record of achievement in developing international companies through both organic growth and acquisition leading to planned exits. Robin is multidisciplined with particularly strong general management, strategic planning and commercial experience.

After twelve years as a senior director with Vickers PLC where he was responsible for the development of the marine and medical divisions he undertook a £60m management buyout of Vickers Roneo. This was followed by the promotion and management of two further buyouts, Joyce-Loebl and iPower. In all three buyouts he was the Chief Executive and managed the companies through to successful sales creating high returns for the investors.

Robin has chaired the board of more than ten companies some on behalf of 3i, Archangels and other private equity houses. Over an extensive career he has undertaken around thirty investments in private companies and also had considerable experience of corporate purchases and sales in the UK, Europe and the USA.
